Bacalhau Dourado
Cozem-se 2 cebolas médias em cerca de 1 decilitro de azeite, até ficarem transparentes, mexendo sempre para não fritarem.
Adiciona-se o bacalhau em pedaços, refoga-se durante 2 minutos e rega-se com 2 decilitros de leite. tempera-se com pimenta, tapa-se e retira-se do lume, depois de ter fervido cerca de 3 minutos. Vê-se se está bom de sal.
Fritam-se 4 batatas cortadas em palitos grossos e depois de bem escorridas espalham-se num tabuleiro pirex. Cobrem-se com o refogado do bacalhau e deita-se por cima 3 ovos batidos.
Polvilha-se com pão ralado e espalha-se por cima umas nozinhas de manteiga. Leva-se a forno quente e serve-se logo que a superfíce esteja dourada.
