Bolo de Chocolate (Tia Mi)
250 de açúcar, 125 de margarina, 125 de chocolate ralado derretido com pouca água, 125 de farinha Branca de Neve, 5 ovos.
Bate-se bem o açúcar com a margarina derretida. Junte-se as gemas continuando a bater.
Adiciona-se o chocolate, a farinha e as claras. Leva-se a cozer e depois de pronto e arrefecido, recheia-se com o creme seguinte: 125 de chocolate, 2 colheres de açúcar, 1 ovo e 30 gr. de manteiga.
Amolece-se o chocolate com a manteiga e junta-se o açúcar batido com a gema e por fim a clara em castelo.
